Heh! I'm loving the chopping block posts, too - I don't think I quite realized HOW MUCH I was juggling, and it's very useful to lay it all out and get some perspective on it.

Your PA ideas would be very welcome! I am not sure what and when I'd get a chance to implement them, but again, it's really nice to have all my options spread out in front of me so I can pick and choose to spend my energy on the ones that will do the most good.
